I have to say, that this has been about the best parts procurement I've ever experienced. I'm not a pro, but a very serious amateur. In this case, installing a replacement transmission on my daughter's 16 year old RAV4. There were lots of parts. I was able to take my time in comfort, at home, to make sure I had everything. The ability to refer to the exploded views was great. I only regret, that this service is not available from my local dealership.
